The service

CWSC provides online courses, resources, assignments, progress tracking, optional mentorship, and community links. Content and mentor availability may change as we improve the academy.

Accounts

  • Register with accurate details. Teenagers are welcome. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should know you have an account and agree to these Terms.
  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share login codes. Progress, assignments, and mentorship are personal.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, abuses payments or mentorship, or puts others at risk.

To close your account, email cwsc.app.academy@gmail.com.

Courses and content

  • After a successful payment (or a valid free/coupon enrollment), you get access to that course for your own learning.
  • Course materials belong to CWSC or our licensors. Use them to learn. Do not copy, resell, or share videos and resources with people who are not enrolled. Your own project work stays yours.
  • Completing a course does not guarantee a job, internship, or certificate unless we expressly offer one.

Assignments

You keep ownership of work you create. You give CWSC permission to store and review submissions so we can grade them. Do not upload files you have no right to share, or anything harmful.

Payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless we display another currency. Coupons may apply and can be limited or withdrawn.
  • Payments are processed by Paystack. CWSC does not store your full card or mobile-money details.
  • Access is granted when payment succeeds, or when a coupon reduces the charge to zero.
  • Digital access is generally not refunded once granted, except where Ghanaian law requires it, or where we agree (for example a duplicate charge or a purchase you could not use because of a fault on our side). Email us promptly if something went wrong.

Mentorship

Enrolled students may book 1:1 sessions when a mentor is available, and may reschedule or cancel in the portal. Mentorship is teaching support, not legal, medical, or employment advice.

Mentors may connect Google Calendar so sessions get a calendar invite and Meet link. Students agree that their account email may be sent to Google as an attendee. How that data is used is in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke Calendar access in Google Account permissions. Google’s own terms apply to Calendar and Meet.

Community

WhatsApp or other community spaces are optional and run by those providers. Be respectful. We may remove access for harassment, spam, or sharing paid content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law, interfere with the platform, share paid materials or your account, harass others, or misuse integrations such as Google Calendar.

Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided as available. Results depend on your own effort. To the extent Ghanaian law allows, CWSC is not liable for indirect loss, and our liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the relevant course in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that Ghanaian law says cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue using the platform after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) for personal data. Ghanaian courts have jurisdiction, without limiting rights you cannot waive.
